Meet Cristian Teixeira dos Santos, a Senior Project Manager in Purchasing. Three years ago, he relocated to Germany, but his dedication to empowering young people in Brazil through the Instituto Robert Bosch never wavered. Spanning continents and time zones, Cristian continues to mentor students from challenging social backgrounds, helping them prepare for university and confidently navigate their career paths. "Working with young people is a huge part of my life and I want to keep on doing it, even if I’m not there in person" says Cristian.

For Patrick Hehl, Senior Manager Sustainability Reporting at Bosch, the answer lies in reliable data, a collaborative team, and myGreenBusiness - a digital tool that enables legally compliant, automated, and standardized EU taxonomy reporting. The tool helps Bosch evaluate how its business activities align with the EU’s climate goals and supports data-based decision-making across all business units. By classifying products, integrating key KPIs, and enabling global collaboration across finance, sustainability, and IT, the project has created real impact - and was even recognized with the Controlling Excellence Award 2024.

Meet Sonja, a Project Lead in Customer Project Sample Support, certified Mindset Coach, and founder of the Mindful Morning Community at Bosch. In 2019, she wondered: Why do people dislike Mondays so much? That question sparked the idea to create a virtual space where colleagues could start the week with energy and intention. Encouraged by her leaders and the company, the initiative that began with six colleagues has grown into a global community with around 300 regular participants every Monday. The Mindful Morning Sessions offer a weekly opportunity to pause and focus on yourself – with insights on mindfulness, mental health, and fresh perspectives. Open to everyone, regardless of role or title. After 7 years and nearly 300 sessions, Sonja continues to share her knowledge to help others build resilience and self-awareness, navigate challenges, and connect more deeply – with themselves and those around them.
