This International Women’s Day we celebrated & honored the contributions of women and their allies. In the face of challenges stemming from the pandemic, 66% of women surveyed* agree that their priorities have dramatically changed. Even with these changes and taking on significant responsibilities during, more than half (56%) of women surveyed are still ambitious and 43% believe working virtually has enabled them to be ambitious in parts of their lives outside of work. This International Women’s Day we connected with #TeamAmex women through events focused on having real and open conversations about family, caregiving, mental health and career. Throughout the year we will continue to support our women with mentoring programs, leadership development trainings and tools, and resources and benefits that support holistic wellbeing. These efforts build on our long history of proudly backing women’s ambition. We are proudly continuing to back women’s ambition through #TheAmbitionProject.
