El proceso fue largo pero sencillo. Fueron varias entrevistas, la primera fue de introducción y después fue un examen de inglés y un ejercicio técnico. Al final son unas series de entrevistas con varios miembros del equipo que sirven como “vibe checks” para revisar si haces buen fit en la compañía.

Entrevista
The first point of contact was with a recruiter for screening, then an interview with a UX/UI and a project leader. The project leader was very rude during the interview and kept asking questions about things that were mentioned at the beginning of the presentation, interrupting and showing that he wasn't paying attention. In the rejection email I received this poor feedback: "There are some skills that we need missing", but nothing indicating what those skills were.

Hubo una confusión con los horarios y primero tuve la segunda entrevista antes que la primera, por lo que realmente no pude recibir retroalimentación, esto hizo que todo fuera caotico y confuso.
