HR discussions went well but when called to meet with potential peers / directors and MDs, communication was not clear and I what was supposed to be a 20 min chat ended up being 5 hours back to back with different people

technical questions on market specifics (regulation) from peers and personal questions from managers
the interviewer was absent when I arrived in the interview, without proper explanation to me, it was arrogant and did not give an apology.
the HR kept asking me the push factor that lead me to change jobs
Easy interview but didn’t get the job. Straight forward questions why are you interested why you looking for another job. Are you okay with return to office 3 days a week.

Entrevista
The interview consists of three stages, the first two stages were more on technical assessment with line manager and the MD. The final stage is about cultural fit with another MD.
