Entrevista apenas de perfil, nada técnico. Passei por algumas dinâmica em grupo com os gestores e RH. Mas não me cobraram nada de código ou conhecimento prévio na área. Processo agradavel para quem é junior ou esta entrando na area

There were preliminary tests of aptitude and general knowledge (non-technical), a writing sample, and math skill testing. There were two phone interviews-- one of which was scheduled physically at the location of the office but was done by phone evidently across the building-- and there were two one-on-one interviews, neither of which appeared to be communicated with the other. There was also a panel interview with three office managers in which no one paid attention, while each did work on their laptop, while the HR rep repeated selections of transcripts from the two one-on-one interviews. In the end, I was placed where there was an opening, as only one manager had an opening to fill.
