It is such a shame it has come to this – I didn’t think it would result to me having to withdraw my application from such a reputable organisation like Santander. Surely the recruitment process within Santander is completely flawed having been interviewed in August and to date no outcome has been given. I was informed I would hear back within 2 weeks following interview which ultimately never happened. I then followed up with several chasers to which I have received multiple apologies and through countless emails and attempts no outcome has been given even after 12 weeks. I would like to understand what happened following my interview and also why there was a lack of communication. Ultimately I wouldn’t want anyone to have the experience I have had and that is why I have raised this.
