Cookie cutter questions organised into 4 sections of 2 questions per section. Lots of questions very similar. Doesn't give a chance to fully show off experience even if you are over qualified for the role. Wanted answers in a very specific format rather than organically answered. Gave a background on the role but didn't ask for background about myself. Made it clear during explanation of the role that it was not very family friendly and not flexible which straight away created a negative atmosphere for the remainder of the interview. There was a second interviewer, but they didn't take part in the interview just watched and didn't contribute when asked. Quite curt towards me, belittled my experience a few times during the interview and generally not a very friendly or chatty vibe. Felt that we wouldn't have meshed well working together and that they had made their minds up already once I expressed a desire/requirement for flexible working due to having a family.
