Very organized and timely. Had 3 interviews. Prompt follow up from Hr.the questions were learning about you and what type personality you have. They look for skills that you have developed from previous jobs and asks how you can relate to the job you are going for. Helpful hint remember examples of scenarios from previous job that you can showcase.

Very quick and not very organized ask few questions and told me about how she disagrees with upper management view of hiring people with small business experience. Brought to 2 other people and had 10 min with each. Did not seem very professional.

Recruiter was courteous, fast and to the point. The whole process was smooth and fairly easy. The market manager/ team leader for the small business team interviews you depending on your assigned area. They are always on the line with you so they ask you tough questions but if you are honest and know your stuff, you will be good.
