Sehr lockeres aber professionelles Bewerbungsgespräch. Nettes Team und kurze Entscheidungswege sowie schnelle Rückmeldung. Gegenseitiges Vorstellen der Person und ausführliche und sehr spannende Tätigkeitsbeschreibung und Aufgabenfeld im Unternehmen. Das Gespräch dauerte etwa eine Stunde.

Online application followed by invitation to face-to-face interview. The interviewing manager spent the first part of the interview telling me that I was over-qualified for the role but that no other roles were available at that moment - did I still want to proceed with the interview? Went ahead and completed it but subsequently got one of their nice little impersonal emails saying I had been unsuccessful but that I could request for feedback if I wanted it. I should have taken that literally - 3 months later and, despite ASKING for feedback, I have still to receive any despite chasing HR and a local branch. Quite possibly a luck escape on my part!
