Email gestuurd naar HR stagiaire, dit had ik via een kennis gekregen. Daarna middels de telefoon een korte screening en vervolgens werd ik uitgenodigd op een gesprek. Tijdens het gesprek heb ik met mijn contact bij HR en de manager van het team gesproken. Was een prima gesprek waarin ook vanuit Pepsico duidelijk werd aangegeven wat ik als stagiair kon verwachten. Er werden verder geen moeilijke vragen gesteld en de sfeer was erg ontspannen. Uiteindelijk voorgedragen voor een andere functie als stagiair.
Lighthearted and reasonably long, not too intimidating, doesn't give difficult to answer questions. Very friendly interviewer, company was very quick to give updates. Good experience overall, asked a lot of scope questions.

The interview process was two rounds. The first round was a combination of behavioral and technical, while the second round was more technical heavy with case questions and ad evaluations.
