I haven't had an interview yet. I'm merely trying to look over some reviews from others about the Pepsi interview process, so that I might possibly get some tip or advantage of some kind. But glassdoor, the lovely folks, are adamant that I post a review to get 12 more great months of site perks, and if I do not fulfill this review obligation then I am restricted from observing any other reviews, salary info, company info or other site privileges. So, this is my review and I hope it has been very informative of the entirety of Pepsi Co's interviewing procedures, policies, strategies, etiquette, etc... and the possibilities one may encounter during the process. I want only to help direct people forward with optimistic mindsets for themselves and I am certain that my review will achieve these results. Thanks to you glassdoor, for the nudge in the right direction.

The interview went smoothly. The Interviewer was knowledgeable and he interested in what I had to say. The whole process took about thirty minutes. The decision was made within six days.
