I received a call after one week of sending my resume. Human resources employee contacted me. The interview was by phone and started a little late of the hour we agreed. It was really hard because you can’t see the interviewer face and expressions, but he was nice and willing to repeat if I didn’t understand something.

In 3 steps, very organized. First a phone call with HR (from Poland), followed by a more in-depth interview with a Manager. Final step required a little test to verify decision making skills.
