Plant manager was the recruiter and interviewer. Position was third shift and location was less than desirable but I interviewed to get experience. Questions were focused on leadership skills, ability to work third shift, basic behavioral and situational (tell me a time when you've had to deal with conflict, etc.). I interviewed them as well and learned the position was not really what I was looking for. If you show enthusiasm and demonstrated leadership experience, I'm certain they're willing to make an generous offer since the position isn't exactly ideal (i.e. 11pm - 7am for at least a year or two or three, and in the middle of nowhere).
