You had to apply online and then you were emailed and told you were invited to interview. Two days before the interview you are invited to a pre-interview dinner.
It was very connecting, questions werent difficult and it flowed well. The interviewer was very nice and she made me feel comfortable. She was younger which matched up with me as I am young as well
