I applied directly in the career page, after almost three weeks I received the first survey call with english questions, then a Skype interview took place with the recruiter, almost an hour, he made me a question of those of the kind they are expecting an exact answer but I answered it sincerely. Also before the interview I did a short online personality test. I moved forward on the process with a hiring manager interview, a uncomfortable interview, it was not a friendly or kind person. I never received an answer for moving forward or not, very strange because is it a transnational company as Pepsico, at least in Colombia they don’t value the time of candidates being part of a process like this.
