El proceso tomó 4 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en PepsiCo en oct 2011

      Entrevista

I met with PepsiCo at my Universities Career Fair. I was asked to attend a first interview at my Universities Career Center. This interview consisted of a 2:1 interview where the 2 interviewee's asked me behavioral questions along with some questions about what I knew about PepsiCo, why I would be a strong asset for PepsiCo, etc. This initial interview went well and was only about 20 minutes long. I then received an email about a week later asking me to attend a 2 day interview in Orlando, FL. The first night consisted of a dinner with all of the other interviewee's and managers/HR reps for PepsiCo from the South. They gave us information on what we should expect the next day and had dinner. They gave us "homework" for the next day which consisted of a Sales Scenario and Case Study. They day of the interview was a 2 hour process. It was four separate interviews. There was the case study, sales scenario, regular interview, and resume presentation. Each interview consisted of you and 4 PepsiCo representatives except for the resume presentation which consisted of 8 representatives. Everyone was extremely nice but it seemed as if they were really dodging the questions of what exactly should be expected on a daily basis for this job position. All they kept saying was that it is hard work and long hours but they are teaching you to be a future PepsiCo CEO. They would never give a straight answer of what was expected. I felt that overall, the interview was a great experience. I spoke with 10 interviewees after the interview process that I had met while in Orlando, and what I learned was that the 5 men I spoke to were offered jobs and the 5 women were not offered jobs. Odd to me but maybe just a coincidence. PepsiCo is a great place to learn how to interview well and I thought I did a good job considering I am a very strong interviewee in general. I would definitely recommend knowing PepsiCo and the products they sell before going through the interview process.

      Preguntas de entrevista [1]

      Pregunta 1

The hardest questions dealt with the resume presentation because some of the PepsiCo representatives did not pay attention to what you were saying throughout the entire presentations. (Everyone I spoke with that were interviewees said they did this during their presentation)
