A culture fit chat for 30mins on ways of working, and some core competencies.
X2 case studies - both run live in the interviews, with the Director and VP. case studies looked at market entry strategies including which stakeholders to involve and key opportunities and risks analysis.
The interview process was fairly straightforward and moved fast, though ultimately the company was not responsive at providing their end decision and I had to follow-up with them to get a response.
