The process was smooth yet lengthy, especially for leadership roles, involving multiple interviews with HR, direct manager, hub manager, and business unit, plus required Excel and foreign market language assessments.

Getting the initial phone interview was the most difficult process. Was able to get an interview through contacting a recruiter for PepsiCo through LinkedIn. Within a day I was able to schedule a phone interview. Then had a face-to-face interview with three separate individuals. 1st the director of logistics then the HR Manager then the Sr Transportation Manager. All the general formal questions were behavioral questions. Followed up with casual conversation about experience.
