Name a time when you didn't clearly understand a customer's needs. How did you discover and resolve them?

During the role play you need to confidently sell in a product display into a store. The interviewer will act as the store manager. You are given a a paper describing vital points about the process and are given 15 minutes to repair. You need to be able to overcome objections (typically the store doesn't have the space for your display: wouldn't you agree that it is beneficial to allocate more space to higher margin items)
