HR reaches out to you (she had no idea about the role or what they were actually looking for), then you go through interviews with the hiring manager and an associate panel, but HR never contacts you for follow-up and leaves you waiting for weeks. They say it takes 3 to 4 weeks the process, but 8 weeks have already passed and I never found out what happened. The position is still active, yet they don’t say anything and their system was never updated.

Entrevista
Though the whole interview process took around 30+ days, it was really smooth. HR explained the job description clearly and technical team asked good questions challenging my knowledge. In total had below rounds in the process: 1. First discussion and screening call with Talent Acquisition 2. Technical Round (with equal experienced person) 3. Technical Round (with more experienced per 4. Technical Round (with hiring manager) 5. HR discussion to understand company culture and policies. 6. CTC discussion - In my career PepsiCo is the first company that closed the compensation discussion without negotiation, they just asked my expected CTC and closed the discussion. Received offer email on the same day after CTC discussion. They offered better compensation than I asked for. I am yet to join by the time I am writing this feedback. Will provide updated feedback after joining along with experience inside the organization.

Current and previous data science project discussions followed by questions related to them. 2. Questions to test knowledge on model deployment, Azure cloud, ML, Databricks etc.
