It was not as hard as I imagined. Very general and basic interview questions. I was not interviewed by anyone from HR. I was directly interviewed by my supervisors. They asked me both technical and non technical questions regarding my tasks, my personality and my skills.

Application then Online test. After successful completion of the 2 previous stages you will be invited to an Assessment Centre. Assessment centre consists of a presentation (more like 1-1 talk) and logical group exercise and a team work exercise.
