Simple and straight forward, basic questions about background and existing job scope.
Next some technical questions about programming, database and cloud platform that I had worked on. Overall standard interview process and around an hour.

A couple interviews with technical staff. Problem was that management indicated moving from hybrid model to full in office. That wasn't going to fly when I was doing the same job for a competitor fully remote
Very easy going, laid back. Great environment. More questions about fit than technical questions. They have a wonderful culture and are looking for those who will align with their values.
Interview was good , 2007 joined ibm India .
In Bangalore.learned lot in ibm during working in ibm. Storage and service management worked in it during the tenure.different aspects of technology learned in it.
