Applied online using the IBM CV Template, did a online test (IBM IPATO) consisted of data matrix,number series,numerical reasoning.Got invited for an in house interview , did two group exercises,mainly to assess team work skills, logical thinking, no 1:1 interview at this stage, and one confirmatory test similar to the IPATO test.
