The interview process is streamlined. Mainly 3 roundsof interaction/interview. The first is recruiting manager or talent acquisition specialist. The interviewer will discuss the job role and will ask questions around past experiences, technical and any non technical, education, work status. Next round is a technical round once the profile is shortlisted. This is purely technical interview where there might be some problem solving and technical discussions based on the hiring team or the interviewer. There might be a 3rd round with a lead or manager from the hiring team more to know more about the candidate and shortlist if there are multiple applicants.
