Very Nice Interview Process in IBM. There are 2-3 rounds for your final selection. Technical rounds are 2 and HR round. Very quickly they will release offer letter after your Background Verification.

Interview process was smooth and I joined the company .
It was good as per process- 2 round of technical interview and after that manager round for further discission, its just salary discussion in my case i cleared both technical round in well manner
