Entrevista
The interview was fairly challenging but nothing too insane. Problems were very similar to problems that you can see on interview practice websites for programming. Make sure to ask questions about the problem if you don't understand what the interviewer is asking, this is not seen as a bad thing.

One example was how would I sort a list of names dependent on last name and a no associated with the person, every time the interviewer would ask me if there was a more efficient way of doing it.
Applied through the company portal, completed an online coding assessment, followed by a technical interview covering data structures, algorithms, OOP concepts, and project experience. Concluded with an HR discussion about the role, career goals, availability, and compensation expectations.
## IBM Interview Process
The process began with initial resume shortlisting, followed by competitive **DSA and coding rounds** to test core technical concepts. After clearing those, I cleared two comprehensive interviews with the **Hiring Manager/Tech Expert** and **HR**.
