Me postulé en línea. Acudí a una entrevista en IBM en jun 2012
Entrevista
First started with an Online Application, which was followed by a really short Phone Interview, and once you passed the Phone Interview, you were directed to an Online Test - I struggled with the mathematical component part. They would then ask you in to head office for an interview with HR, and if you get past this then an interview with who would be your direct manager. I had two people interview me for the interview with my manager but both of whom I would work with later on for the internship.

My IBM interview experience was insightful and structured. The process began with an online aptitude and coding test covering logical reasoning, quantitative aptitude, and basic programming. After clearing that, I was invited for two rounds of interviews. The technical round focused on data structures, OOPs concepts, and problem-solving, along with questions on my projects. The interviewer was friendly and encouraged me to explain my thought process. The HR round assessed communication skills, teamwork, and career goals. Overall, the interviewers were professional and supportive, making the experience smooth. It gave me a great impression of IBM’s collaborative and innovation-driven culture.
