Assessment center involving group activities, technical assessments, and individual interview to assess the skills and abilities of interns and determine their suitability for software engineering roles at IBM. Then if you pass that assessment center you have to do an interview with the team that selects you.

The interview was great but the assessment center was bad with the task not suitable for a group task where everyone is expected to contribute.
Very nice interviewer, super polite and on time and asked very good questions. The technical section wasn't really technical it was just asking a couple questions on terminology. Was super conversational and overall had a great experience.
I think they send out an interview to practically everyone who applies, but it's just online with no interviewer, you record yourself speaking. 2 sections, 2 behavioral and 2 technical questions
Easy hackerrank code and english test after then after there was a rejection for no reason the hackerrank was super easy i finished it in 10 minutes and for some reason there was a rejection i dont know why
