Very easy and people are so open minded and flexible regarding your work time. Salary is a bonus in this company but for a increase you need to make wonderful things with big efforts.

About my previous experience and what kind of person I am
IBM scheduled an interview without asking for my availability, forcing me to miss class in order to attend as I was completely unable to reschedule it. I was also sent no email in the days following the interview to update me on the status of my application. I had to look at the website to see that I was no longer under consideration. Just an overall awful process.
