Me postulé en línea. El proceso tomó 2 meses. Acudí a una entrevista en IBM (Mumbai) en jun 2022
Entrevista
Interviewed at IBM for the Mumbai location. There were 2 online Interview rounds. At the end of the second round, they gave me a verbal offer. Two months & several follow-ups later, the offer shows up in my email. It was 50% below the market rate. Email HR all the concerns with relevant proof. Since then it's been more than a month. I have received multiple calls from HR, not to discuss the concerns or revise the offer, but to persuade me to join some webinars on weekends. Pathetic
