Entrevista
Multiple stages including an assessment centre beginning at 8:30pm and finishing at 1pm. Involved team work, a presentation and a one to one interview. It took place remotely. The teamwork part was a project based assessment where you worked through various pieces of information and offered the best use of this information for a hypothetical company.

Online application form - standard
IPAT test and video interview - the test is extremely hard and is their main method of filtering applicants..
assessment centre -
Logic group exercise (This is hard and you need to be switched on)
Group exercise - Have to work as a group to come up with an idea and market it and then present - no real problems
One on One interview - Very relaxed and friendly, good atmosphere.
Good experience overall - everyone is friendly and helpful, competition is extremely hard.
