A very bad experience: I applied online. After a week to two weeks I received an update including congratulations message that I passed to the next recruitment stage, where I will be asked to complete ONE or MORE of assessments so that they can learn more about me (and I am quoting). I just had to declare whether I have a disability or not to customise the assessment for me. So after I declared a message was displayed that the assessment will be sent to me. Surprisingly, 2 days later I received a rejection email without receiving any links for the assessment!. I sent a couple of emails but I get a failure mail delivery status and I couldn’t find any other way to communicate. For a company this huge, a 100% fail!

"The company provided a fixed interview slot without any room for flexibility. As soon as I responded to ask if we could reschedule for a different date and time, the system automatically triggered a rejection email. It seems their automated process drops candidates who cannot make the initial slot.
Quiet straight forward, but unfortunately got rejected even afer passing all unit tests with same old saying that other candidates are better aligned at the moment for this specific role demands.
