I sent in an application online and after the first screening got emailed to complete a Cognitive Ability Assessment on Cognify. Once I passed that round, they sent over a Coding Assessment on HackerRank. They were prompt with their emails (all automated) and swift at moving the process along.
Once you apply you play some personality games. If your scoring matches what they’re looking for you take a coding test. The test has 3 coding questions, one of which is on a server they provide you the information to log into. After that I’m not sure. I’m still waiting to get contacted back.
They respond quickly if they like your resume. The email you to signup for a hackerrank. There were 3 questions. Two of the question were coding and a third question was devops related.
