One of the consultancy was in touch with me for this opening. IBM was hiring for idea project for pune location.first of all what irritated me is interview scheding. My interview was rescheduled (As per consultancy, ibm team was postponing telephonic interview) four times and this time finally i got a call from ibm employee. He seemed to be only taking general details like CTC , joining date and was not interested to take interview e.g. he didn't ask a single question of siebel technical support. This is really irritating i was preparing for interview seriously and he was not in mood take interview.why such big companies have such bad employee. I was interviewed for same post 1year before also. i went there to attend interview for my surprise my interview was taken in caffeteria, reason being the employee who interviewed me was on contract basis there and he wanted to hire me under his company contract. Ibm has idea client and for this project many low paid consultancies are providing employee.
