HR phone call, email, on-site interview, first round: with 2 enginers, about java, second round: with 2 managers, about work experience, communication. after that one of the managers said that it was impressive and can contact me ASAP. 2 weeks later he gave me an oral offer, then hr system ask me to do a general test on website, several days later, fill in some form on web. and 1 week later, sign the formal offer on site.

There will be 2/3 technical interviews followed by manager round. After that there will HR round to discuss the compensation. After that offer letter will be shared. After that, link will be shared to upload documents.
