start from recruiter, she call and book an interview session with their client then email the details of the interview to me. after the interview, i wait for about 1 week to get the result.

Phone call screening and face to face interview with the manager. Spoke about different topics regarding customer interaction and different processes that were in place. Also spoke about team objectives and expectations for the role. I was also given a tour and met some of the staff members.
