Basic questions on site with an interwiew with overseas management as well. Asked for a tough situation at work, difficult customer handling, team management and team leading. There was miss communication on IBM's part as to what salary I requested. Interviewer and manager were not on the same page.
People asking to write codes. Experienced people should not ask to write code.
It’s an onsite location they are interviewing for with toxic environment, with no new technologies used. Why to interview on something which you are clearly not using
