Me postulé a través de una facultad o universidad. El proceso tomó 2 días. Acudí a una entrevista en IBM (Chandigarh) en jul 2018
Entrevista
I went to CGC Chandigarh for the process in July 2018.
There were total 4 rounds.
1. Aptitude Test (Day 1)
2. Number Series Test (Day 1)
3. English Test (Day 1)
4. Face to Face Interview (Day 2)
1. Aptitude Test: Level was average (not hard but not easy as well). Most of the questions were based on work, time, average etc. Results are to be known just after the test. There will be a panel sitting. Just ask them about the result instantly (Quickest Response).
2. Number Series: Same old number series like 2,4,6,8,x . Find x.
3. English Test: Questions based on Grammar, Business Letter Writing, etc. If you cleared this round, you need to upload all your documents on their website to be prepared and bring soft copies of all your documents prior.
4. F2F : Questions based on your resume mostly and some personal questions. If you cleared this round, they check your original documents, So don't forget to bring them with you.
NOTE--- There are no proper GUI for the test. Only 1 question will popup at one time giving 2 minutes for each question. There is no question number, so you can't know how many questions you have attempted. You have to choose from one of the options as if you don't choose any option in given time 3 times, the test will be locked. There are online tests on TestBook.com and it is very helpful.
I have cleared all my rounds but its been 1.5 months and still I didn't got my call letter. Some of my friends got it but still not me.

The one thing that they asked me was what technology are u familiar with that IBM uses
The process was okay but the result of the interview took so much time. NO reply to the mails as well. interview was offline and has 3 different rounds. one language round, then coding round and then interview.
First round was a language round that was conducted online. We were asked multiple simple questions in English to test our listening, speaking and reading skills. The next round was a coding assessment round. We were shown two questions of easy-medium level difficulty from the competitive coding website Hacker Rank. The 3rd round was a behavioral assessment round where we were given 5 questions and for each question we were allotted 5 mins to answer before the system automatically submits and goes to the next question. The questions were similar to "Explain about a situation where your leadership allowed for a problem to be solved" etc. The last round was the interview round where they asked both technical and non technical questions. The technical questions that were asked where from the projects we have made that were noted down on our resumes.

Explain the reason why you used that python library A over python library B and how would you implement that reasoning into your future career at IBM if accepted?
