Simple CV and cover letter submission. Nice!
A phone call covering basic stuff including what I know about CIC.
An assessment centre which was half day which had one interview about general competencies, a group task which my group were complete flops at, and a presentation of IBM CIC.
Then a technical interview which covered aspects of the SDLC including testing etc. A very enjoyable tech interview as was stuff I covered in uni.
Ipat test which is 'what comes next' which I don't like, and general arithmetic questions which I think I did well at.

Asked various theoretical questions, mostly focusing on things to do with data. Asked questions about efficiency and how you would ensure it, as well as asking what experience I had with testing
1 hour behaviour + 1 hour technical. very lovely and positive experience. Introduced the comapny overview, the position and their background.

1st round - phone call
2nd and 3rd round- Technical and behavioural, managerial.
It was 3hr long. They asked me about difference between class and Interface, and some code snippet like what is wrong with this code.
