I submitted a CV upon a friend's recommendation and was responded in email to wait for a call from hiring manager. There was a bit of delay which he explained was due to the approval process. The call and subsequent follow up calls were very punctual ie exactly at the time proposed. The hiring manager was very professional and courteous during the calls.
