Entrevista
1. Two HR phone Interviews discussing mostly background and suitability for the job
2. Phone Interview with the hiring manager, got details of the position and near future projects, mostly questions were about past experience and how would I fit in the team
3. At location all day interview, met 6 team members and the manager separately, some technical questions but not many.
4. A behavioural test lasting about 40 minutes
5. Was offered the job by the end of the day.

Pregunta 1
1. Tell me the most difficult project that you have worked on?
Easy and quick interview. Only had to interview with 3 people which was great. Also didn’t have to wait long for the outcome. Im not sure if this is still the case - this also may depend on the department.
Straight forward, need to understand how not answer technical and non technical questions. Need to have prepared and understand company structure, and lines business. Friendly way of asking, tried to not put stress.
