It was quite simple as i got hired as a graduate , Written test + one group discussion on genera; topic + 1:1 Interview which was 50% technical and very simple like OOPs concepts ,String programs etc and 50% general HR type question ...very simple procedure mostly depends on right attitude and behavior.
