The process consisted of a written test which was mostly IQ Test and after that selected candidates had to participate in group discussion in which everyone had to moderate the discussion for sometime and after that a personal interview which tested technical skills as well as soft skills was conducted.The people were very helpful and the work culture is pretty good you can approach the management whenever you want no appointment needed whatsoever
