Firstly,it was very hard for me to think that I would appear for IBM's interview,this is because IBM shortlists people before giving call letter.To a student who is too much mediocre like me,who did not even was a 8 pointer or a 9 pointer.Yes I was a 2016 passout in CSE applied for IBM in the month of September 2016 after different failures.Got the call letter on 27th September 2016 for online test on 2nd October 2016 at Bangalore.I am from Kolkata so I had to travel to Bangalore within those 3 or 4 days.Appeared for online test at CMRIT,Bangalore on 2nd October which had 3 subrounds 18 maths,18 series and 22 verbal communications.On 3rd October the results were announced and I cleared for the interview round. 5th October I appeared for the Interview in IBM Manyata Tech Park.I was nervous.But when I entered the HR's room I started by telling good afternoon to the HR.The HR was Female.She also replied good afternoon and asked me to sit.Then she told me to give her a copy of my CV.She I think saw something on her laptop. The questions that she asked me: 1) Introduce yourself. 2) You have passed out in July so what have you been doing these 3 months? 3) Objectives in life. 4) Explain your final year project. 5) Hobbies. 6) Family background(father's occupation,mother's occupation) 7) Why did you have the difference between 10th and 12th percentages. 8) What was my joint entrance rank? 9) Strengths weakness That's all I could remember now.Right now I am working as Data Specialist - ETL.Informatica in Kolkata.
