Submitted resume through a friend. Was called up by the vertical head and interviewed. That's it...and I was selected and sent an offer letter. The entire process took around 2 weeks. The interview mode was telephonic. Majorly emphasis was to access if the candidate has the required technical skills to perform the job role of a PM, for the client they were looking to outsource this PM to.

Fluido, humano, foco em experiência e resultados. Foi um processo um pouco lento, embora sempre recebi feedback do início até o fim. Fui entrevistado pelo gestor quem foi respeitoso, gentil e profissional.

Entrevista
Got a link to a platform where you were asked to answer a series of questions. The answers had to be recorded, every answer was supposed to be answered in less than 3 minutes. Beforehand, the advice was given to prepare using the STAR framework.
Important: once started, you can only interrupt the process once, since they don't want you to have unlimited preparation time for the answers. If it gets interrupted (e.g. due to network connectivity or by closing the tab) a second time, the process is stopped and your interview is basically aborted.

Entrevista
Zuerst tauschen wir uns über die gegenseitigen Erwartungen aus. Danach besprechen wir konkrete Situationen aus meiner bisherigen Arbeit im Banking-Sektor, zum Beispiel wie ich Herausforderungen gelöst habe. Mir ist ein ehrlicher Austausch wichtig, damit beide Seiten sehen, ob die Zusammenarbeit passt.
