Initially we went back and forth as I didn't have a degree from a pedigree school . So one of the hiring managers just flat out did not want to talk to me . I guess I wasn't good enough . After finally getting a phone interview the interviewer asked me about my education I told him I wasn't able to complete college due to financial reasons . You could hear the disappointment . It was also very weird that I told him I had been working with IBM Watson and he asked me if it was all smoke and mirrors . Anyway probably a blessing they don't think I fit into their pedigree culture . And then you just never hear back from anyone .
