Applied online via the company website, and I received an email within an hour to complete an online video assessment. I had 7 days to complete the assessment, and it was timed, camera-off, and asked 4 soft skill questions with 30 seconds of preparation time and 3 minutes to answer the question. I would suggest preparing at least 5 stories that you can frame to a number of soft skills questions when it comes to working/consulting with others in a professional setting.

It was the online video assessment, and it just required you to answer 4 questions. You get 3 minutes for each question and 1 minute to prepare for each question. Overall, not that hard, but uncomfortable for some people as online interviews are weird.
