this was for the entry level oracle package specialist within the associates program. after applying i completed the hirevue recorded interview (only audio required, no video). I was then reached out to by a recruiter about my salary expectations, etc., and then about scheduling an interview which was with two interviewers. It felt mostly like casual conversation. I was later reached out to for scheduling a second interview, which ended up being cancelled. There was a bit of delayed communication with that which was stressful, but it turns out that the interview was cancelled because they decided to give me an offer. Fairly standard over, no room for negotiation due to how the program is set up.

Took assessment (non coding). Haven't heard back since (around 2 weeks). It was very easy to do and the process was very simple. Waiting for interview if I ever get an email back.
The interview process was fairly simple for the behavioral. You are asked a few questions that you would typically expect like "describe a difficult situation and how you overcame it" or "Why IBM?". The interviews are carried out virtually nowadays
