The interview process was very professional and proficient. There were four stages, a video screening, one on one with leader, a panel and a one up final. The entire process was positive and I enjoyed speaking with everyone.

First spoke with the recruiter to go over my background, experiences, and salary expectations. The recruiter also provided background on the role and why it was vacant. She also explained the steps in the interview process, which included taking two assessments. One assessment was timed with intentionally difficult problems to solve and the other test is more like a personality test. I believe this is required for all director level roles.
