Entrevista
I applied online, was contacted by the recruiter later the same day via email, and was asked to select a time slot for a phone interview with her. During the phone interview the recruiter realised that I have over 5 years of full time working experience, since I went to university full-time, maintained a good GPA, worked full-time and slept and had a social life on a part-time basis. She said she thought that my work experience was part-time.
The recruiter told me that the position was for a fresh graduate or a person with up to two years of working experience and that she would check with her colleagues can they consider me. She emailed me a few minutes later letting me know that they can't consider me.
I am a bit disappointed now for a few reasons, I feel like I'm being punished for working hard, because I studied and worked full time in parallel. Secondly Google portrays themselves as a company that employs people from different backgrounds, with different life stories, etc. but it turns out they are looking for a very specific, cookie cutter type of person.

5 interviews over the course of a few weeks, last interview was with the director of the org. This was in 2016, so they were asking questions that weren't as pertinent to the role at that time.

Very short process. I only had three interviews: one with a Talent Partner, one with a strategist and another with a manager. They asked me about my background and interest in the role. They also asked situational questions like what I do if X happened as a strategist or if client Y with this background needed your advertising advice what would you recommend.

It was one of the best interview processes ever. The recruiter was quite clear. She explained everything in the beginning so I had a transparent process.
The process took around 5 weeks to finalize. Whenever I e-mailed them I received an answer within at least 2 days.
